Jeremy Henderson is a counselor-in-training at Northwestern University and holds a Master of Human Relations from Oklahoma University. He works with an integrative model of therapy focused entirely on helping his clients develop happy, healthy, productive lives. In his practice with adults, he helps them to understand themselves mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically, as unique beings. With this holistic understanding, his clients are better able to cope with the stresses of life and become more fully aware of all that life offers to them.
In an inclusive, safe environment, Jeremy offers clients the opportunity to explore their inner worlds, without judgement. With unconditional positive regard and empathy, he holds the time and space his clients need to recognize past experiences that manifest in their lives, acknowledge and change life patterns, develop fulfilling goals and purpose, and move toward greater self-insight.
Jeremy is the author of Managing Success: A Manager’s Guide to Effective Employee Relationships and The Human Relations Matrix: The Secret to Workplace Productivity. He has nearly 20 years of workplace psychology experience, and has been featured multiple times in Communication World Magazine.
